So i was sitting at a $3-6 NL table

I have $4000 at the table.

I'm Delt A(S) A(D) so I raise $400, and only one caller who has $12,000 at the table.

The Flop:

A (H) A (C) K (H)

So i get pretty happy here...i raise only a bit $400....however i get reraised to $1400...so i call.

next card Q (H)

So I bet $1400, im re-raised all in. So I call....

River....J (H)

He's holding 10 (H) 2 (H)

My worst beat ever....and lost $4000.....basically my entire bankroll...

Can you tell me what Bad Beat is? I dont understand what does it mean. Pls explain what it is because I am new to that word. Thanks

that is ridiculous, he had only two outs and he needed them both to win. But at least he did have a flush and you werent truly getting BSed.

geez thats terrible. you were something like 989 to 1 to win that hand after the flop. $4000, thats sick. i feel bad for you man.
