Ouch a 1 outer. That is painfull. I have had my fair share of them matey. The only thing you can do is to calm down. Usuallu when I take a beat like that I just take a walk and hope someone jumps me so I could unleash all my frustration. The guy who tries to mug me after taking a beat will be so sorry. Just take a couple of deep breathes, calm down and think about all the times you have given someone a beat.

thats tough...i hate bad beats....my worst is AA vs J10 of spades..he flops an flush then turns it into an royal flush

I agree that it sucks for you and I would have done the same thing. If I win 75% by racing with AA, then it's worth the shot.
