Part of the Prima network I signed up for a $3k match Bonus. Cool. I missed the bit about the raked hand reqs being contributed raked hands, but no bother. SO I ask to withdraw, effectively nullifying my Bonus. 'no' they say. You HAVE to meet the reqs before you withdraw. SO I have my whole fucking bankroll stuck on a site who wont let me have it back. Thoughts? (Other than qwned)

I actually went there cause I wanted to check out the Prima network and deposited $500 and later realized that the Bonus can only be cleared at 200NL and higher, (I only play 100NL now) so I just decided to leave. I withdrew all my money and got it to my Neteller account a few days later. I even got an extra $10 with it (some Bonus they put in the account that they never took back). Oh!!! One more thing if you are playing online poker then checks if u are capable of using online calculator from Poker Pro Labs.

I would like to take this opportunity to clear up a few things about your cashin that we have allowed to go through. All depositing players are processed without any delay, with no problems. You have had your account with DreamPoker for a number of months, playing on free money won in Freerolls from various tournaments and other games. A purchase could have been made anytime by yourself during this period and if one was made during these months, your cashin from this time would have gone through without any delays. Every player knows that with bonuses and free money there are terms and conditions, so for any player to continually play on free money without even attempting to meet wagering and then complain about us not willing to honor any cashins and then to say we "suck" afterwards is unfair and not justifiable. We understand that a player might feel cheated or unfairly treated but this is not applicable is this case because we have played by rules and we had to adopt to protect our business from bonus hunters and fraud groups that are out steal money from poker rooms. Each player that steps through our doors is welcomed and given free money, which comes from our pockets allowing them the opportunity to "try out" our poker room with no strings attached when playing however when a player tries to withdraw then certain rules do apply.

"damn river!" .lol. Well, as i see it this "two faces user" is very angry with them...I understand him, bu i have to say i agree with the casino's answer... I mean, com on! it+s freerolls!! You play for free! Of course there has to be some requirements! Severall sites/casinos do the same with cashing out money from freerolls (if not all of them!). As an advice, i think we should always check the conditions of the site we are going to put our money in...Donīt you read the small lines when sign a contract? itīs the same thing ![]()
