This is a really clever little Bad Beat calculator. Thanks for the link. I wonder how it calculates the final score. It must be some kind of combination using the percentages.

It didn't really make me feel very good though. I thought my bad beats were much worse. They really crushed my soul

the badbeat-o-meter seems to be down, i really wanted to try this one, i think i may have a winner!

having a nice relaxing day playing a $5 heads up on poker-room. i pick up aa in the forth hand, the other guy is going mad for 2 reasons, 1st because i won the first 3 pots by being v.aggressive (i often start heads up this way) and 2nd because he was clearly rubbish and was on tilt already.

anyway i pick up AA, and raise, he re-raises and i just flat call trying to disguise the strength of my hand

flop comes A Q rag rainbow, he bet into me so i raised following my agressive trend, the guy goes all in, a ridiculously huge over bet and i call with a smug grin on my face.

he turns over AQ, the percent reader shows me as 98% to win

turn comes Q - still good and leaves no straight or flush posibilities, just 1 out

River - Q

Thankfully this was about 6 months ago and im now out of hospital after a bout of shock/ANGER. I've come to realise that he must have thought he has the best hand, so can't fault his play but i still want to fault it, what an awful play!!!!!

Wow, I don't think I can top that one ElGod but I have a good one. My hand is a little different than most bad beats because it's not with high cards. I was in the big blind and holding 9-10 of spades. They all folded around until the small blind who just called and I checked. The flop comes up nice for me with 6-10-3. I bet out a couple bucks and get a call. The next card comes Q and I get scared but I can't put him on it so I bet 1.5 times the last bet. He again just calls and now I know I got him beat. The river comes off 8 and I say to myself, "I got him....what to bet?" I bet again 1.5 times the first bet and he raises me double that. I am now thinking what did I get myself into because I've placed around $25 in the pot and have to call like 10 more and I am almost deffinate he doesn't have the Q. So I call and his cards turn over......7......9......YOU HAVE TO BE S****EN me. How can you call that much on a nothing but a gut shot draw. (4 outs) I now call that man Mr. Gutshot.

I was playing $1/2 NLHE on Tilt and picked up aces. two guys went allin and the big stack at the table reraised all in. I pushed and saw I was up against AK-1010-66. Flop was A-6-2 turn K river 6. Not as horrible as ElGod's running quads story, but this hurt.
