depending on where you live go to the web site. like I live in illinois so I would go to illinois lottery .com and it brings up every thing on scatch offs to the regular lotto. how to play and what ways to win so I would try that.

If you are talking about random lottery picks then no strategy or tactics will increase your chances of winning.Are you looking for ways to increase your odds of winning (all would be mathematically unsound except for purchasing more tickets) or are you just wanting sites that promote that such increases in odds are possible?I must say You can increase the odds of not having to share if you do win by choosing numbers that other people don't...this doesn't increase your odds of winning...it increases the odds of not sharing.here is a link California State Lottery
