Heads-up I try to represent a moderately strong hand, like JQs or similar. I am usually betting in heads-up, so continuing to do so won't be unusual. If there are no J-A cards on the board I might check-raise the river depending on position.

It's hard to extract value out of AA if you don't play aggressively normally.
