What's been your biggest win in a poker game? Was it online or live? How did the hand play out? What did you do to get the most money possible?

MY biggest win was last late last year or early this year... I was able to play in several 'First Deposit Tourneys' on Pokerroom.com.. due to, um, making a deposit.. you basically get a 'credit' to use as an entry fee for one of the lower buy in MTT's. I had 3 credits with my deposit... took a 1st for $90 bucks, and a 3rd for $60 bucks....same day... now, I was down $400 at the time...

I won several SNG's at UB and AP to get my bankroll back to zero.. then started ring games again... biggest pot I won was like 60 bucks... I had AA and ended up all in with 2 peeps.... and they held up.... this was a couple months before the june gathering of bloggers in vegas... I had built my roll up to around $500.00... and ended up giving it to my brother and my sister, cuz, they needed it more than I did...

Haven't really been able to play for much money since then.. infact, just made my first deposit since then.. just a few days ago....

my biggest win was a multi-table tournament with friends..the buy-in was 100$ ...there was 4 tables of 7 people each...i was first and took down a nice 1200

my biggest win was about 100bucks on one hand. I went all in and two people called. But i have lost about 180bucks on one hand though so my goal is to win a pot over 180$

Those wins I mentioned earlier were online..

I have won at Clicks Billiards 3 times.. and took second twice..

100 for first, 50 for second.. that was last year tho... quit playing there earlier this year... too far to travel... the prize money doesn't cover the gas..

And I'm feeling a vibe that my biggest win to date is due on Sept 3rd.

my claim to fame is that i have NEVER won a cash game. if im in a cash game, ill lose...and not because of some bad beats...im REALLY bad.

however...i did get second nobles 1500 gaurenteed recently (losing on the hand I posted here when I had AQ.....that was about a $400 win! horrah!

not a bad win then you cant realy say you suck if you came second in a tournament. Cause it isnt many people who can do that. Ive won 1 tournament but that was just a 50buck freeroll so not so much money for me there.

The most I won was on new years day 2005. It was a special new years day freeroll at noble I think the purse was 1500 not exactly sure but close. There were 325 particpants and I won $325. not bad for a tournament that did'nt cost me a thing. I came to realize I don't like limit ring games cuz I lost back $200 of it.

I agree with hugh, I think I really suck at ring games, but on the other hand I play tournament extremely well. I can't put a finger on it as to why. I think I am more comfortable with touney's cause I am playing with chips rather than my own money, besides my buy in which is usually $5 or under.

my biggest win has been about 800$ at sit´n´go tables
and I have also won some tournements like a finalplace at the parisWSOP that was wourt about 150$ I think. and I allso won a seate in a qualifier to the swedish championship And I have won some first and second places at different tournaments whith 60-120$ in pricemony. And still I am broke! LOL LOL
