I started playing poker when I worked at a casino here in Lethbridge Alberta about 3 years ago. one of the dealers asked me to play Big2 with him and another guy they were like telling me all the rules and no strategies. then I searched the net for the game and came accross a site called Poker In Canada and started playing there it was then I found texas holdem as well as some more poker games. I also found out the rules for Big2 were completely wrong from what I was taught. so then I started playing holdem and started getting addicted and so I did some research on the game and found a few tips and tricks. since then I won $220 of casino or other sites sponsored by the casino's sites. And I lost $200 of my own money which I deposited via neteller. I can see myself in the WSOP atleast by the time age gets the best of me (I'm 21 years old). GO STEELERS!

I started playing in a school bus in the County of Vulcan (Alberta). It was Draw poker, which is easy to deal when you're mobile. Then in HS and College, the game was still Draw Poker with the classmates and with Wildcards (Dueces Wild, Pregnant 3's, 2's and One-Eyed Jacks, Man with the Ax, etc.). All Beaver-Sailboat-Moose stuff. When we turned 18 it was on to the casinos at the International Hotel. Always for fun stakes and the winner usually treated !!
