There are some programs, like Texas Calculatem, that overlay on the tables you play and tell you what the odds are as you play the hand, etc. Then there are others like PokerStove that analyze hands after you've played them. Most of the "real-time" calculators are banned by most sites. PokerStove is a fairly common program that most serious players use.
