| Why would you ever slowplay the best starting hand in Hold'em? I raise it 4x the BB minimum if I get any re-raises I move all in period. Why? Ask yourself this with AA in your hand and a 4X BB bet and one caller and a flop of anything how often are you NOT going to get it all in on the flop? all suited boards and I have none of the suit a straight board with 2 suited and a flop with KKx are the only 3 times in SNG play I am not moving all in as first to act with AA in the hand. If I get beat, I get beat but not getting it all in preflop or on a decent flop is losing poker. |

| I perfer just calling and wait till middle or late position raise if the raise is medium size then just call. But if some one raise big enough then you should go ahead and move all-in.That way you can play head up and didnt risk much. Playing aggressive at early position is a bad idea that you dont want to scared the whole field and end up having no chips. Slow play are really useful at this early stage making everybody think you only had the top pair or some sort of draw is like an illusion. Who would of think you had a monster in your hand ![]() |

| I would probebly just make a raise. not to low and not to high it depense how the players on the table plays. I want to have some whith me to get some money but not to many so that there are a bigger risk that someone else gets something on the flop. if I go all in the chanse are that nobody calls and you dont get any money at all. To be honest i hate those cards because I almost never win whit them and it doesent mather how I play them. I dont like to play preflops allins because of the river |

| I lose a lot with A A. But i have learned to go all in when i get this. Why? Some players call if i rasie small or even call. In flop there might be some spades or smth and other with a 4 7 (spades) can follow flush and river sux some times. Thats why I go all in, people with little pair or high cards also should call and there are few chances to lose in my opinion. That's my play with A A. Cheers! ![]() |

| If i see an "dream pair" AA i will probably raise because it`s not good to go "all in" in the begining .This situations is rarerly and you have to deal it with a goos strategy. When i have AA i pray that other players raise or go all in and i will Reraise or all in. In the latest games i played i lost with AA.You can loose with no difficulty or you can win clearlery. In my "career" i have seen a lot situations and by every day i know what to do in poker. But poker is very imprevisible and you must be aware of anything.Sometimes i`m soo nervous that i can blow up my computer. It`s a diffcult job of playing poker. I prefer to have AK than AA. IMO i have more chances to win.But KK remains my favourite pair . I never loose with it. Have nice flops at the tables and take care. Best Luck, biLuTa |

| Ok. Seems like some would raise and some would call. But here's a quick answer from a pro. Call. Simple call has 2 benifits here: 1. This early in the game no one will put you on pocket rockets. 2. You expect someone to raise in middle or late position. When this happens, you could simply call representing a not-so-strong hand, or if the raise is big enough, move all-in.

Mate, u are saying that K K is better than A A..??? In my opinion there are less chances to lose with A A than K K. Of course, any hand can lose, but what do u do when u have K K and u see an A in the flop? Or worse, on the river?!!! Cheers! |
