omaha is a okey game I play it sometimes if there is a freeroll. the only thing I dont like is hi/low omaha its a strange game you win whit anything. for excample I had a fullhouse one time but still lost to someone that had low- something I mean how funny is that? not really. does any one else have that same tought. or a different one fell free to say so. |

| If your full house was the best high hand, you didn't lose. What happened was that you only won half the pot. When there is a qualifying low hand - the usual requirement is no card higher than an 8 - the best high hand and the best low hand split the pot. Another possibility is that you assumed you had a full house but really didn't. People sometimes get this wrong when they haven't played much Omaha because they don't remember that you must use exactly two hole cards. So, as one of many possible examples, if you have AAA8 in the hole and the board is Q 9 5 2 2, you have two pair (AA22Q), not a full house because you're not allowed to use your third A. |

| i cannot stand playing omaha but omaha high/low is alright aswell as stud high/low. Without the lows I would never play these games. It is just too frustrating for me to take the time and learn to play them properly. I am a very good high low player because I reallyenjoy playing it I like the splits it ads more excitement and more chips to the pot depending on how you want to play your hand. If I split when I have a high hand it doesn't bother me becuz i kno I have probably done the same to them many times.
