Many players know what their biggest weakness is. In No-Limit Hold'em one of my biggest holes is to passively call some times when a raise is the correct play.

What is it in your game that is the biggest hole?

Chasing straights and flushes. It's so tempting...

That is not that big of a hole if you can control it. You have to know your pot odds and drawing odds to make that kind of chase effective. A majority of th time if you have a good drawing hand and a decent pot you can play it effective.

Lack of discipline. Playing cards I know I shouldn't, making calls even when I know I'm beat.

Lately though I've begun laying down KT in EP - woo hoo for me!!

My weakness is overbetting. I sometimes play too agressive. Usually when im involved in a pot, i either win big time or lose big.

Playwise, prolly is that I play too tight... not on purpose, I think its due to not paying enuff attention to position as I should...


Overall tho, I get bored really quick sometimes... and lose patience...

I have to remind myself, if playing with real money, to quit once I get bored... sometimes I forget..and am rudely reminded...

I agree with Guru here.If i will post here what is my big whole in playing poker you will knew what to do when you`ll meet me at the tables.But i take this risk
When i have two cards after 10 , like QK , AJ , QJ suited and someone goes all in or raise i call it and i never have the luck in the flop to have good cards.
After a good period when i have good cards , will come a black period when i don`t get anything good at all. I get nervous and I play with stupid hands.But everytime i say i will make my game more better.

mine is when I accumulate alot of chips I start bein' a bully. and play all the bad cards and try to bluff alot. I find myslef right back where I start.. All those lucky all in's gone to waste lol this would be my biggest!

I'd have to say mine is making decisions on impulse, without taking even a second or two to think. I'm working on this, but it's very easy to continue doing things the same way. For instance, just yesterday, I blew off over half my stack about three-quarters of the way through a tournament by making a fast, dumb call with a VERY marginal hand.

This is a situation i forgot.My father usually does this thing.He is one of the luckiest persons i`ve seen in my life but he doesn`t have a good strategy of playing good hands after winning some chips easily.
He is not a bluffer but he wastes the luck in just a few hands .And he is sorry after that but he never understand his mistake and he is continuing to do it every time.I hope one day he will chane his stand and he will win some money
