If I'm only playing a tourny, then I do like to leave it on. Not because I'm overly aggressive or anything, it's just nice to have when I'm focusing only on one table. Multi-tabling, it's gotta go.

Titan has almost 3500 players on weekend that are playing.
I think this is the site with the most players on playtech.

I agree that the online support is poor. They answer quick but they do not help very much.

Im a platinum member at titan and I have had no problems whatsoever, i pretty consistently win, (3k+ for 2006, 600 dollar investment), but recently I have to agree, the site has been crashing turning completley OFF, sometimes so i have had to take my business to golden palace another fish bowl, but I still hang around titan because of the action so i cant complain overall. But golden palace poker support is phenomenal.

I had to chat with Titan online support today and the girl trying to help me seemed absolutely retarded. I came in second in a $10 $2000GP freezeout on Thursday of this week and still can't register for the winner's freeroll today at 3pm. You have to come in top three in a buyin tournament to be eligible, so I meet that criteria. She goes on and gives me a page-long definition of buyin, never actually helping me to get in. I said it was the $10 $2000GP freezeout from Thursday and she seemd to acknowledge me, but then asked me what the buyin. Basically I'm missing out on a juicy freeroll because Titan and it's support are retarded. Oh well, $400+ profit from the tourny will have to do .

I'm not sure whose english is worst the support at some of these casinos or some of the freeroll hunters who post looking for the passwords.

Congrats on the 2nd place on the $2000 GP tourney.

Titan has some minor problems here and there but overall it is my favorite site. I mean what online site isn't going to have some problems. They're computers for crying out loud. Titan lets you withdraw without depositing and they have some good tables. The only thing i dont like is customer support. They dont help me at all.

I agree with you..i was playing on titan and in the middle of the tourney...i was in 3rd place with lots of chips...until it crashed...and guess what..? They started a new tourny to replace that one..but everyone starts off with the same amount of chips again..so i lost that time...thinking i could've won the first if it didn't craash...it's the only site so far dst been crashing that i know of..don't get me wrong..i like playin at titan but they just need to workin a few things out

I find the beats on titan to be allmost "set up" sometimes. I mean...it makes sense. The more people in a ring game pot the more rake the site is gonna make right? I just think its alittle odd. Your gonna allways have bad beats-it's part of poker. I'm used to some numpty calling an all in and getting a lucky river for his bottom pair, whatever. But when I flop a fullhouse aces over kings with my pkt aces, and another guys has quad kings, and then two more people are in it cause they catch str8s on the turn while we slow play it, and we all think we own the pot, come on. It's alittle ridiculous, and I see it all the time on titan. That kinda play never happens in real life poker. Don't get me wrong, I'll be the first one to tell ya that online poker is nothing like live poker, but the randomness of the cards could be a little better on titan. I've seen other sites do a far better job with their RNG programs. Pokerroom.com acctually seems to be one of the fairest I've found. Rarely do I see really crazy bad beats, and if I do it's cause I'm at a really low limmit table with a bunch of numpties calling their ace 6s all in preflop. Anyways, just my thoughts......

Not only this but I have had a ton of problems with connection there, reasonably i can expect somne problems but its consitant.

If you email support@titanpoker.com instead of using the chat, you get a competent individual and they have always been friendly and very helpful. Period. I mean look at full tilt, they dont even have chat or phone support, come on.
