What the hell, i didnt even know it started.
Im looking at DoylesRoom right now and i dont see the freeroll anywhere.

I created that account for nothing?

Is there going to be a make-up game?

We are sorry to tell you that it has ended already.
We are not sure yet whether there will be a makeup tournament or not
however, as it is the Poker Sites error, we are trying our best to make sure a new freeroll is hosted by Doyle's Room as a compensation.

I thought it was a little strange 30 minutes before the tournament started not to see it listed in the lobby. Bummer. I was really looking forward to playing. Guru, when you get them to reschedule because it was their fault, you should make them change the pay structure to the way you wanted it, too, instead of letting them only pay the top 4. That's the least they can do for screwing this up when they had weeks of advance notice.

I'd like to suggest holding the freeroll at PokerStars from now on. They've got the best service of any site I've ever played at (which is a LOT of sites), and because they put players first they just don't tend to mess things like this up. Anyone else feel the same?

The only problem with Poker Stars and Full Tilt is that they don't offer freerolls. They only allow private tournaments with added money.
If this is something that atleast 10 people are interested in, then we could have a private tournament.

Personally, I like PokerStars better than places like Doyle's Room, so I think that i would be interested. I'm a little confused though. What's the difference between a private tournament and a freeroll? Could we not just have a private tournament with no buy in? Or is a buy in required?

Thanks for the clarification

What's the minimum buy-in for a private tourney at Stars?

I wasn't considering playing a buy-in tourney as a 'make-up' tourney, I was just considering doing it in ADDITION to freerolls. A make up tourney at Doyle's would be awesome though.

I also am not sure if I would pariticipate in buy-in tourneys, I was just curious as to the rules and regulations of PokerStars private tourneys
