Question of this week at Blindbetpoker homepage seems interesting. What you guys think about it?

Since this player in the pot is defined from the outset as a loose player, it's entirely possible that I win this pot one time out of 13 and therefore have to call. Am I crazy for thinking this?

I think that you have to call this. Sure he's a loose player and could have the 23 of spades and you're beat, but you could also have 23 of diamonds and have absolutely nothing.

Plus, based on the amount of money that is likely in the pot, I think that you have to call - unless of course this is some RIDICULOUSLY sized bet that is a couple times the size of the pot - then you have to think about laying it down.

No doubt in my mind that I would call though

This was a limit hold'em game, Nick, so the call is only $20 into a $240 pot.

Well, you have to look at this from many vantage points. One...does the player bet quickly in his turn or does he think about it some. Most likely if hes holding the 2 pair to beat you he bets right away and I fold. However if he takes a few seconds I would have to put him on the Ace as well and with a lower kicker, middle pair or even a draw therefor I would call. Of course like all hands when you don't have the nutz you may be beat but thats the way I would play it. I like these hand polls, keep em going.
