Default Doyles Poker Room/Rules

I have a question, I hope someone here can answer or maybe help. I just started playing poker at Doyles, first of all I have an account at Poker Stars, and have played there a very long time so I am not new to poker. My question is about the kicker card. I have noticed at Doyles sometimes they use the kicker and sometimes they don't. For instance lets say on the flop [Qc Qh Ah 7h] and 3 players have the following cards. [Ad 6h] [Ac 3d] [3c As] who wins the pot?? Is it split 3 ways??? Would you use the kicker???

Even is the river is a 3 or a 6, it would still be a 3 way split, with the winning hand being

AAQQ7

which all three players have... at the turn... and any card on the river, would still make it a 3 way split...

Remember, the kicker is used to break ties... and also, the best 5 card hand is what is played, for each player... in this case.. each player's hole kicker is smaller than the board kicker, so, they would want to use the bettre kicker, currently the 7.. ( and I am not entirely sure it is called a kicker at this point )

Exactly. Slayre is right

I'm pretty sure the 7 wouldn't even be considered a kicker, because it is common to everyone's hand. Not really a big deal though

It's the best 5 card hand - even if that means that you are playing all 5 cards on the board - so the kicker only comes into play if you have the same pair (or 2 pair, or trips etc.) and a higher card than the next highest card on the board

in no limit holdem the best 5 card hand wins. You can use all of the community cards which in that case would be a split pot.
