SpikeTV is running a reality show called King of Vegas. Contestants take part in various gambling competitions in order to win a prize of one million dollars. Poker is part of the mix, along with blackjack, roulette, etc.

The show begins January 17th, at 10 eastern, 9 central. Familar names include Mike Matusow, David Williams, and Evelyn Ng. The show lasts for ten weeks and should be a lot of fun to watch.

I thought it shows some promise. I like most casino games along with Hold'em, so I liked the show.

I caught it. It was interesting, but I found it a bit boring actually. Hard to get really into someone playing blackjack or Carribean Sun, ya know?

Yeah I watched it earlier today and found it pretty entertaining. I do not know if it will last long enough to eliminate every player however. I am not to sure about the format but if they eliminate one per week it will take quite a while.

I too was looking forward to this show but have been extremely dissapointed in it/ asside from a couple of hot girls on there ther show totaly sux. Its got a cast of zeros and almost no skill games in the whole show/

Yeah Im not a big fan of this show either. With the crowd and some of the players it just seems like the WWF or something (which I dont like).

Never seen this show. Is it still running? Seems like it may be an interesting show to watch. Plus I love to see Matusow blow up. lol.

Im suprised tha there hasnt been a million reality poker shows by now i would have thought those would have been started in 2001.

Ohh god.
I wish i could of stayed in USA. You have like hundreds of channels to watch.
It's more easy for you guys to learn and see really good poker.
You have easy acces to shows like this, books, movies, live tournies, poker sets and stuff.
Maybe i'll make you a visit some day.
