Limit is better for beginers in my opinion.

In NLHE games people bet their draws, too. You can bluff in limit. Also, why can't you get a feel for your opponents' game in limit?

In lower limits of ANY GAME the players are weaker, that's why they are there. Playing NL in micro up through $.5/$1 and some $1/$2 games is an absolute waste and the players are garbage. Small stakes poker is never good, but whenever limit hold'em is brought up it's always assumed to be small stakes.

i prefer no limit myself. people will call anything on limit because its so cheap to find out what is coming next. then they will end up hitting something with the weakest hand

I've found LHE to be profitable when I'm not playing stupid, or tilting.

I stick to the LOW limits since I have smalle bankroll. usually under $100 b/c I have not yet made profit in online poker .

.25/.50 LHE. I built my stack up $50 over the course of a week. But then lost it all by playing stupid. I need more discipline.

I also agree, limit is very profitable with a big table of 8 or 9 just sit there wait for the hand and rack in the money!

I love playing 2/4 limit. I find that if i sit down for about an hour to an hour and a half and play good hands, fold when i should, and don't call too much on ridiculous draws, that i can usually bank around $100 on a good day. Bad days losing possibly 20 at most.
