Thats my rant for the night.

You play 0.05/0.10 NL (Micro Limit) cash games and play $50 tournaments? Wow you must really under estimate your abilities in the cash games or over rate yourself in tournaments.

It's not that, the $50 tourney was a 1 time thing. A friend and I entered it because we were both up over $200 for the month so we decided to test our luck at a big tourney. Unfortunately neither of us cashed due to some terrible cards and a little bit of bad luck. Oh well, still up $150 for the month.

I realize this was probably a stupid move in the long run, but why not roll the bones.

"We go out in the world and take our chances
Fate is just the weight of circumstances
That’s the way that lady luck dances
Roll the bones"

I'm bumping this log back up so I can share my tale of last nights bad beat to everyone. Although I think I am going over-board by posting this for the 40th time, but here it goes.

Preflop, I have about 3300, 2nd guy has about 4500, 3rd player has about 1400. I'm holding Q-Q, both in black. I'm in the BB, blinds are 50-100. 2nd guy calls in 2nd position, 3rd player goes all in with the remainging 1400 they have left. I think about it and determine it's worth the risk, so I move all in, 2nd guy calls. 2nd guy is holding A-clubs, K-spades, 3rd player is holding A-spades, 10-clubs. I have the queen of clubs. At this point I love my position with a great chance to more than double up.

Flop come 3 blanks and 2 clubs. Right now I'm loving where I am, most of the times my hand would win in this situation, but since this is being posted in the bad beat section, we all know what is coming. Turn card is a club, I immediately scream out "NO CLUBS!!!!", but to no avail as the 4th club on the board comes crashing down like my hopes for cashing in the tourney.

Finished 17th, thought I played incredibly well in the tournament, I don't see why someone would call 2 all-in with A-K unsuited, but what are you going to do. Just have to shrug it off and go get 'em tonight.

0/7 in SnGs this week. By far my worst drought in poker. My latestest 2 today: A-A goes down to 10-10. All in preflop. 10 on the turn.

A-10 goes down to 8-3. I raise 4x the bb preflop, 4 callers. Flop comes 8-8-A. I bet 100, he calls, all others fold. Turn was a 4, I bet 100, he raises to 200, I call. River comes 10, I bet 100, he puts me all in, I call, he showes 8-3.

How do you call 4x the BB preflop with 8-3?

My 1st thought, of course, was why the hell is he moving in with pocket 5s? Well he must have seen the flop coming because it hit me like a sack of bricks. 5-7-10. Just perfect, now I'm now about $3.50 and I just started. Can't get much worse, right? WRONG.

About 15 minutes later I am involved in another hand. We both had about $1.50 in the pot and I was holding K-9, he was holding 7-6. The board reads 9-8-9-2. I bet $1, he calls. I'm thinking I'm good with my set of 9s and a king kicker, and I was correct. River card was a 5, he bets $1.50, I call, more great luck.

I did end up only down $1 after all of this, which I was quite pleased about. I'm mostly glad that I didn't blow up and get off of my game.

You've just met Titan software.
Things like this ones happened all the time on playtech, especialy in ring games.
That's why i stopped playing at tables on playtech.
I play only tournaments and make a nice profit out of this. Just tonight i made $30 from freerolls and small buy-ins.
Who needs the ring tables to get rivered.

On a freeroll tonight i was holding AA and called a person all-in.
He had JJ. I said "wow, it's mine".
Eventualy he made a straight and take me 3k chips.
I still remain with 9k and then take 4 place in the tournament.
Things like this happened to me very often. most of them with AA.

Default I am

very leary of all the ipoker sites, i dont think it is just the terrible players there that suck out on you, i honestly only see the kind of hands that occur there on those sites,. I have won alot of money in freerolls but usually when i win it is more based on bs, to where i have to suck out a couple of times, best hands hold there less than anywhere else. I won forty five bux in a fr the other day and lost it all back to total suck outs on ten dollar sitngos i almost broke my friggin computer moniter i was so pissed. I think the neighbors wanted to call the cops on me i was screaming so damn loud. but i will always go back like a heroin addict for more ups and downs

I actually think PokerStar was much worse with their bad beats when I saw on that software. I'm gonna give up SnGs after this weekend of crappy beats and crappy cards. I'm gonna go back to ring games and heads up play. I seem to make more of a profit there.

On PokerStars my Kings got cracked against 7-2. Probably the the weirdest beat I've ever had. He ended up making a boat on me. I was pretty mad, but he was short stacked so I didn't lost that much because I had about 10 time more chips than him. Oh well.
